2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. We use Supabase for secure authentication.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and localized technical search engine implementations are owned by WeddWeb.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By using WeddWeb, you grant us a worldwide license to host and display this content specifically to provide your wedding website services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

✕Violating any laws or regulations
✕Infringing intellectual property rights
✕Attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with platform technical SEO or search engine implementations
✕Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
✕Circumventing domain, event, or plan limits (for example, by repeatedly swapping custom domains or sharing your account access).

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using WeddWeb at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WeddWeb is provided "as is". We are not liable for any third-party content, server downtime, or loss of data beyond the one-time purchase price paid.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
